HT-SAAE signs a strategic cooperation agreement with CNNC International Trade
Recently, HT-SAAE signed a strategic cooperation agreement with CNNC International Trade Capital Management Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “CNNC International Trade”) in Astronautics Building.
Bing Weiwei, chairman and general manager of CNNC International Trade, deputy general managers Zhang Chunjing and Liu Zengyu, general manager Wu Hao of HT-SAAE, chief accountant He Ningpo, general manager assistant Ruan Zhongli and deputy general manager Li Chengfeng of Shanghai Aerospace attended the signing ceremony. Ruan Zhongli and Liu Zengyu signed the strategic cooperation agreement on behalf of HT-SAAE and CNNC International Trade respectively.
Prior to the signing ceremony, Wu Hao briefed Bing Weiwei and his party on the general situation, business scope and competitive edge of HT-SAAE, and expatiated on expectations of the both parties to the cooperation model and resource integration. Bing Weiwei introduced the profile, core business and competitive edge of CNNC International Trade, the company's development plan of the past three years and the cooperation direction. After exchanges and consultations, both parties agreed to establish long-term cooperative relations in products and operation and maintenance business in the future, and seek win-win cooperation in supply chain, power station design and development, new energy industry management and other aspects.
Li Chengfeng led everyone to visit the aerospace operation and maintenance center, and operated and demonstrated the “menu-type operation and maintenance system” on site. Ruan Zhongli guided the guests to visit the exhibition hall of the Eighth Research Academy, CASC.
It is reported that CNNC International Trade is a state-owned mixed ownership enterprise jointly initiated and established by China Nuclear Industry 23 Construction Co., Ltd., Xiamen Shuncheng Investment Co., Ltd. and Jixin Huitong Assets Management (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. The company is deeply engaged in new energy, supply chain, fund investment and other fields, and has rich industrial operation experience in photovoltaic power station, energy storage battery, intelligent shore power and other comprehensive green energy fields.
